1.  Human Development - Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the development of children and teenagers in physical, cognitive and language, and socio-emotional domains.

2. Design and Development - Design learning sessions and learning experiences

Human development

1. The (selected) area of competencies and their key competencies and what it means in a teaching context.

 It builds and develop a persons belief, ideologies, and values. It gives the ability to think with reasons, pursue dreams and aspiration in life and live a responsible life in the society.

It develop one mentally and physical to be a good citizen in the society showing quality behaviours towards every member of my society. It will help me in developing children and teenagers in becoming responsible future generations whereby I advice, encourage and motivate them in everything good that they do.

This motivates learners and make them understand everything i present to them by giving them more attention.

2. How you will acquire or obtain the necessary skills in your selected competencies

I will acquire this skills through: 

1. reading different resources the have information on human development

2. doing research

3. watching educational videos on youtube on how people help others in developing them it might help full as am given a clue and ways to approach different people at different age group.

3. How you will implement such standards during your studies to achieve a professional growth over the years

Hard work pays off. Therefore I will try so hard to improve on my weakness mostly when it comes to reading. I will seek for help and have things explained more in details, doing things on your own is not really that safe and we normally do not judge ourselves when we do something wrong, everything is just good at your side, that is why seeking information elsewhere will really help me in rectifying errors that I have done. I will also read and focus on more updated books, watching news and update myself on current affairs as the world is always changing every minute.

4. Personal weaknesses or challenges you might face that will hamper you from achieving all other standards during your studies.

Bad influences may highly contribute to my downfall, doing and paying more attention to other things and put aside my studies and only come back to it when I have an assignment, test or exam approaching is really a bad thing to do. Another factor that might hamper it is not developing a reading habit as everything  in modern life is all about reading and understanding and being able to apply, reason, ingage and compute therefore a reading habit is of outmost best for me to develop. Failing to complete tasks on time might also read to poor performance as every work that I might be submitting is just rough work and have not go through to rectify errors and verify everything that I wrote.




Design and Development

It encompasses the design and development of integrated plans for learning, the design of implementation of the plans  and of the evaluation of the plans. Their implementation and the outcomes of the learning experiences.

Using a learning design model is crucial because it keeps you focused, and it provides the necessary steps to provide good quality instruction from the beginning of the process, through the development, design, implementation, and finally when you evaluate the project overall.
It will aid me in developing good project that are more useful and good to present to others. It will give me a good  picture presenting hard work of a person.

2.)Access and prepare learning resources

For many people, the words educational materials invoke images of large, print, classroom textbooks with small type, outdated information, and content that covers the breadth but not depth of a subject. They are any tool that helps teachers teach and students learn. But having access to learning resources is really good as it keeps track of what you have taught and what is coming, it give focus to teachers, this resources help learners to learn on their own when they have free time.

2.How you will acquire or obtain the necessary skills in your selected competencies

I will talk to more experienced  to help me in areas I am trying to improve.
I will improve my designing skills to more advanced skills.

Have my work done on time and prepare my learning resources put them in order and go through them one by one with time to understand everything that I am interested in knowing









3. How you will implement such standards during your studies to achieve a professional growth over the years

In this  two competencies I will use every time I get wisely and manage it properly .I will as well read published books by other designers. I will develop a habit of designing things by imagination and put everything I think of in writing instead of becoming o dependent designer copying others work.
If I have to hand in any task I will make sure that I finish on time so tat I go through my work to make sure that my completed work is accurate and precise.

4. Personal weaknesses or challenges you might face that will hamper you from achieving all other standards during your studies.

Most of the visual arts are hard to put in black and white.

Not developing love for design.

Experienced designers not willing to help or asking for money to help out.
